Production area of the grapes:
Castel Campagnano, in the province of Caserta

Agronomic characteristics of the land:
Arenaceous-argillaceous, part of the so-called units Irpinia, with an 'altitude of 150 m above sea level

Grape variety: 100% black Pallagrello
Cultivation system: Guyot
Vine density: 4,000 vines / ha
Grape Yield per hectare: 70 quintals
Harvest: Manual in boxes of 20 kg plastic
Time of Harvest: Second and third decade of October

Vinification: The grapes are immediately transported to the cellar, where they undergo a destemming and a soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks AISI 304 at a controlled temperature of 27-28° C. After racking and a first transfer with elimination of scum it starts the aging in large oak barrels that lasts 15 to 18 months, after bottling, there is a further refinement in the bottle for about six months.

Organoleptic Profile: It has a nice spiciness to the nose, with a hints of plum, black mulberry, vanilla . In the mouth stands an authoritative structure, with pleasant and delicate final vanilled, persistence and the taste-olfactory are good
